CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment please make sure it’s at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so, you will be charged 50% of the service(s). NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY: No call/no shows will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked and you will no longer be able to book appointments with me online. LATE POLICY: There is a 15 minute grace period, after that your appointment will have to be rescheduled. MINOR POLICY: Children are not allowed in the waiting area, Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during their appointment. A parent or guardian must also provide consent for any services performed. No minors will be serviced without an accompanying adult present.
